You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Free accounts include limited monthly conversions. Premium subscriptions offer increased limits and additional features. You agree to:

• Your use of the Service does not violate any third-party rights
• You will not submit illegal, harmful, or infringing content

We do not claim ownership of your content and will delete processed files according to our retention policy.

You may not use the Service to:

• Distribute malicious or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Spam or abuse our service infrastructure

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your account data according to our retention policy.
